As you may have heard, SWE is launching a series of local SWE conferences - WELocal - which will be taking place several times every year throughout the country. The inaugural WELocal conferences will be in San Jose and Pittsburgh in 2017, with the dates being February 24-26 for San Jose and February 17-19 for Pittsburgh.
If you are interested in presenting at one of these conferences, the deadline for submissions has been extended to November 7 - next Monday. You can submit a proposed presentation at the following links:If you live near one of these cities, this is a great opportunity to share your knowledge with fellow SWE members - especially if you were unable to join us in Philadelphia for the Annual Conference last month.
